"Ill start off by saying I have small kids and pets. I usually get my carpets cleaned 5 times a year, of which ive used many different companys. nelson cleaning was without a shadow of a doubt the best. The previous company I used (Kleen dry) was the worst they were there for 15 minutes and ruined my carpets with yellow stains from their machines. nelson came in and spent an hour and thirty minutes going over my carpets till they were cleaner than when I bought my home.  6 weeks later and my carpets are still clean and none of my stains have returned.  I will never use any other company again, this guy is top notch and was very pleasant to deal with I am beyond satisfied with every aspect of this service"

"Excellent Work!!! I called Nelson Carpet Cleaning to inquire about having the carpet cleaned in my son's upstairs bedroom.  Doug Nelson explained to me what all his services included and what the quote would be while we were on the phone.  He was able to come the next day and he did everything he promised and even made sure that nothing was left behind as far as any water on the floor downstairs. Also there were no hidden surprises like any extra fees.  Mr. Nelson was at my home at the time that he said he would be and he did an excellent job with the carpet.  I am very pleased and am going to call him again when my daughter moves out of her rental home to have her carpet cleaned as well.  Thanks so much Doug!!!"

"Great Experience, Great Results, Great Price. Nelson Carpet Cleaning came to my house and was able to meet my first request for an appointment.  They gave a heads up when they were on their way and were on time.  They were as friendly and sincere as any in-home services professional that I have had.  The carpets looked good as new when they were done.  All furniture was moved and replaced with care.  He even worked hard to remove spots that would have normally been covered up by a couch.  There was no skipping or short cuts taken.  The price was excellent and just as he quoted.  There were no suprises.  I was informed about additional services, but there was no pressure or attempts to force my hand.  I got new looking carpets for a great price.  Without a doubt, as long as this company is in business, they will be the people I call to clean my carpets and any other service they provide."

"The owner, Doug, was great to work with and provided excellent customer service. I initially call looking for carpet cleaning and stretching. His company only cleans. I told him I wanted to use one company that did both. He said he understood and still provided me with a referral for carpet stretching. Long story short I used Doug's referral and he worked around the stretchers schedule so that they both could come on same day. Doug showed up early to assist stretcher to speed up process. Things went very well."
